I applied online, they called me for an interview the next day. It was a group interview, It was less than 10 minutes long. I was asked a lot of, tell me about a time questions and availability. Manager was friendly. What it took a while was the background check.
Basic interview, they aren't super competitive when selecting employees. Just seem eager to work in a team setting and try not to toot your own horn too much and they'll hire you.
They did a group interview where you had to answer questions on customer service and experiences. The interview was simple and wasn’t long, they would call you after a few days to let you know if you got the job.
