I went to the interview thinking that it will be one intimidating session, which turned out otherwise. Had two rounds of interview with the partners and senior partners. The interview was rather informal and open. Of course, do expect some fun problems to solve, which the partners and senior partners were more than happy to guide you along the way. Don't stress too much, be yourself.

Interview
I did consulting analyst interview for Roland Berger. I think the case is very simple compared to the case practice or case interviews that I've done before. The interviewer seems very underprepared. And I couldn't find enthusiasm in her side, it gave me the feel that she didn't want to do the interview.
