There was no interviewing process. I was sent an email by an office manager, which was odd. No title snobbery there, that was simply unexpected. The email instructed me to take a personality test. The test was timed and along the lines of your typical online "are you an introvert or extrovert" type quiz. At no point did I speak to anyone. After 10 days, I finally heard back and was told based on the results of that quiz, I would not be proceeding forward.
Maybe there was more to the decision, and I would hope so, but I've never proceeded past the application phase with a company and still not spoken verbally with someone. To have the first interaction be "go take this personality test" and then be declined seemingly based on that was odd at best and slightly offensive.
