It was a quiet, simple, very quick interview. It is a great company. Very important to have a good level of English. They don't ask much about the information on the resume. The interview was in Spanish
First interview was a phone interview with the group I would be hired into. There were basic questions regarding my engineering experience in controls. Then, I was given a second interview and this was a online test that was being monitored by them. It was solving a controls software problem lasting 1 hour.

2 interviewers, one head of the department the other next person down, nor classic interview, had copy of resume red-lined with notes, were constantly taking notes, copious amounts of good personal interaction, very relaxed. like i was already working with them and we were having lunch
