Interview
First you will receive a phone interview with HR and if everything is approved then they will say you will receive a call from your potential manager. That call typically happens 1-2 weeks later. If that call goes well then they typically email you for an in person interview. If that goes well then they will bring you to the customer to meet who you will be working along side. After all of that comes the background screen, personality test, and drug screening and if all goes well you are hired! The process takes about 1 1/2 - 2 months to actually start the job.

interview was uncomfortable, they did not respect the timeline that was established. I was called by the wrong name. just overall an awkward experience. so bad I passed on lunch and left the process early.

Asset Managers are placed on contract for a year, and then are either hired or discharged by the company. The interview process is strange at very best. Multiple candidates are brought in at the same interview time, and then floated from one office to the next for a "round robin interview".
