Rockland Scientific interview questions

One 30 min HR pre-screening of behaviour questions. One 1 hour 30 min panel interview with engineer lead, one engineer team member and the HR. The lead behave politely and decent, the HR is very nice and warm. However the team member is somehow aggressive and disrespectful. He declared in advance this would be a pressure test and he would like to know how depth my experience is in every field. However, he keeps asking skills that I haven’t listed on resume and haven’t been used for years. He sometimes disrupting me explaining things in detail. He sometimes became impatient and look down on the skills which seems ridiculous to him but is indeed what is emerging in the industry. Overall speaking the company’s mission is meaningful and the location is good for work life balancing and chances of outdoor activities. But the interview degraded my impression on them. If your skill sets align well with MCU+CPLD+PCB Layout + Electronics Design. Congratulations, it’s for you. Otherwise I would not recommend you wasting your time here.
