Tell us about a decision you’ve made that didn’t work out as planned. What would you do differently?

They ask about your background experience and if you are a hard worker. I enjoyed the process. They ask a lot off of your resume, so the questions are more tailored to you. If you say that they are a good company, be prepared to tell them why you think so.
