I submitted an application and was called in quickly after. We had a group panel interview and then later I received a call with an offer. I enjoyed the interviewers. Do not be scared to ask questions.

They ask about your background experience and if you are a hard worker. I enjoyed the process. They ask a lot off of your resume, so the questions are more tailored to you. If you say that they are a good company, be prepared to tell them why you think so.
