The interview was quick, it was an onsite interview. It had 3 stages of meetings, casual with the head, manager and senior consultant were technical. Focused on motivation and setting expectations regarding the role. It is a sales role more than a recruiter role.

4th round: Role playing + Hiring Manager --> technical questions

Mostly focused on fit interview, that you need passionate, initiate, competitive characteristic. Not much about technique or skills.
