I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Robert Half (Madison, WI)
Interview
I received an email from a recruiter asking me if I was interested in a PM role. An interview was then scheduled with the recruiter after I provided an updated resume. The interview was straightforward. Basic questions were asked regarding my background, and rate of pay. I was told an interview would be scheduled with customer after they perform a background check. However, after completing paperwork for background all communication from them stopped. I was basically ghosted even though my background is as clean as it gets with not even a traffic ticket. Which makes me wonder whether they were just interested in adding me to their database. If that was the case it’s an unethical practice, and it will come hurt them in someway shape or form later. Nevertheless, at the very least the company horrible with open communication because people to them are just widgets.
