Interview
The interview process was simple & straightforward. I was contacted by email to set up a phones screen. A second call set up a time to meet in the office. After the time in the office I spoke with another supervisor. I was then offered the position.
Long but good conversations and engaging. You spoke with about 5 people from different teams. Felt a bit repetitive considering they asked the same questions. Asked about background, motivations, long term career, etc.
Multiple interview process, allows for shadowing on calls during process, fair representation of the day to day work, level set expectations. I met with VP level employees during interview process
