I got the recruiting information from university career website. They screened candidates' resumes and we then communicated through email. Next was on-site interview. I only interviewed once but typically it might be more rounds. Interviewers are people from different functions. They are very nice and friendly. There are technical questions, personal experience questions, as well as questions about candidate's intention.
