Interview
The interview process was succinct. It consisted of two parts: a phone screen, then a conversation with the hiring manager and your project manager. The meeting with the managers is a standard behavioral interview format in which you are asked STAR method questions. Then, they talk through the experience on your resume.

Tell me about a time you encountered a conflict at work. How did you solve it?
Simple behavioral interview, met with PM got a quick response back and started maybe two or three weeks later. Onboarding was easy, I've heard that some people have received technical interviews though.
