The lead tech called and we did a phone interview then an in person interview. I had to submit proof of my license as a pharmacy technician and take an online personality screen. The drug test came after the offer, of course.
Standard interview process. Asked about myself and my experience. Typical questioning about pharmacy background. Wasn’t very long process. Went well no complaints that I can remember. Thank you very much.

A short 5-10 minute interview with the pharmacist manager. They may ask you about your math capabilities, but overall short. No multiple rounds or excessive prying of the candidate. Overall, quite simple.
