At Rite Aid you are hired directly in from by the store manager to see if you would be a great fit with their staff. They ask star questions which will involve a lot of situational questions. Read who you are being interviewed by and see what answers they would like to hear.

The interview process was easy. I applied online and was called for an interview about one week later. It was an in-person event that allowed me to showcase my personality and skills. It was one day, and I was hired on the spot.

Interview
It was fairly easy. They just asked me meaningful questions that pertained to the job duties. The employees seemed nice, and they are passionate about their jobs. The interview was just fine.
Basically just asked me when I could start, was easy and I do not know why I was nervous. Would recommend applying and interviewing here for the easy job and free money.
