There isn’t enough time or space to speak about this company’s HR and leadership team, not to mention their interview process—It was awful. These people have no regard for people’s time, they will string you along and only tell you what the salary is at the very end of a series of interviews despite candidates inquiring throughout the process, and they expect people to do the work of multiple roles for chump money. When I expressed my surprise and offense with the salary being offered, like a previous candidate, they ghosted me and never closed the loop on the interview process. Essentially, they want an experienced professional with a rolodex of contacts who will come in and close deals out of the gate, but they want to pay at an entry level rate. If you are an experienced professional accustomed to working with peers and leadership of a high caliber, this is not the place for you. When I asked about the target and compensation plan, I was met with a barrage of words that made no sense. They make up targets and goals as they go along. Highly unethical. There’s a reason why the turnover at this place is ridiculously high. Don’t waste your time, as you will find yourself frustrated, angry, and dumbfounded that incompetency like this exists.
