I made it 3 rounds unfortunetly did not get the position. The first round was basic comprtency call with the recruiter. The second call was with a sales mamager that has been with the company and has now started building his/her team. In the second round they are looking for you to show depth and experience. Learn on the Star method to anaylze questions good signs the interview went well is if it goes past the scheduled time. Ask detailed prepared questions about product page/why Rippling. The third round will consist of 2 people you will be talking with make sure you study accounts Deal,Loop,Calm, Rattle.However this is a trick question as I studied Deal and took pages/pages of notes on this account and the different attributes and the Indovidual after the first person talked with me told me to use another account after hours of preparation with that account I was most certainly caught off guard. The second person is designed to see your skill on a cold call to switch someone using Rattle,Calm, or Loop to Rippling. Be prepared to identify potential pain sources/be able to book a call. I unfortunetly did not get a final sitdown but learned a lot through the extensive 6 week process it took to get from inital applocation to final sitdowns. I would say reflecting back I would have asked for more tranparency in the Interview process in the first interview as I stopped looking for jobs after the second round. I also would add learning how to interview in a tough enviornment has helped me moving forward with other jobs.
