I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Rippling (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
I had a call with Rippling's recruiter first who then set up a second call for me with the team lead of the AM team. It was a conversational casual interview where I was asked about my experience as an AM (quota, size of book, # of accounts, etc.) and I was able to ask questions regarding the team and department operations. I moved onto the 3rd round where I prepared for a mock interview with a presentation deck. I presented to the team lead again along with two teammates. The scenario was nothing out of the norm: having a renewal call while also looking for areas of expansion. I was advised that I did a good job and there was 1 or 2 things that they thought I could have worked on. I was advised a week later that the team decided on another candidate. When I asked for feedback, I was bounced between two recruiters. On my third email to them, I mentioned that any feedback would be great as I spent a couple of hours preparing for the mock interview, any feedback would be greatly appreciated. I then received a passive aggressive email saying that providing specific feedback isn't a part of their standard process but they would make an exception to see if they can get me more information. I never hard back.

Interview
Most frustrating and unprofesional experience. Recruiter sent an email asking for interview availability. After submitting my times, I was ghosted after following up twice. Then 2 weeks later I got the same notification from the recruiter asking for my availability. After scheduling a time with the recruiter, we met. I'm a Green Card holder and 1 minute into the interview, the recruiter stopped and said she wasn't sure if I was eligible to work in the US with a Green Card and needed to check internally before proceeding. I state that I'm a Green Card holder in my resume so she could have asked this before the interview. Furthermore her LinkedIn profile says she's been in recruitment for a long enough period to know Green Card holders do have work authorization. 30 seconds after the call ended, she sent me a re-booking link. I re-booked another time and when that time came around, she cancelled the meeting with no explanation. No respect for wasting candidates time.
