I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds in Oct 2015
Interview
It was a very interesting process. I had a skype interview initially. The woman was very kind during the interview, but you could tell that she did 20 interviews per day. In the middle of the interview, she asked if I would be willing to switch positions and instead become a customer training professional. I agreed and the interview continued. After the interview, they sent me a long form application that took a while to fill out. It contained 5-6 long answer essay type questions.

What is one time you experienced exceptional customer service?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (Dayton, OH) in Jul 2022
Interview
After submitting the application, I was asked to complete the aptitude test. It was lengthy and some parts were difficult for me, and I didn't get to finish a couple sections. I was surprised when they followed up with me for an interview, so don't be discouraged by the test! I had 3 interviews total - one with a recruiter, one with a supervisor for the role, and one with a regional manager. Their questions mostly focused on my experience, and I think it helped that I asked a lot of questions to them.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (Houston, TX)
Interview
The process started with an at-home aptitude test, followed by an on-site aptitude test and a few interviews. The interviews were not too intense and the staff was very pleasant. The interview process did take a little under a month, which is a long time to me. Other than that, the entire experience was positive.

Question 1
What relevant experience do you have and how has it shaped you to be prepared for this position?
I applied online. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (Toronto, ON) in Jun 2017
Interview
Lengthy process involving a phone interview, intelligence examination, Skype interview, an ethics assessment, and an abridged version of the intelligence examination (but proctored via Skype). Overall, an unnecessary and inefficient interview process.
