I applied online. I interviewed at Resource Alliance in Nov 2020
Interview
The interview process consisted of a panel interview of two people. The interviewers made you feel relaxed and were easy to talk to. It was not a typical stressful interview environment.

Question 1
What makes you the best candidate for this position?
About a month ago I interviewed for a position in the Atlanta area with two individuals. About a week later I spoke with an additional person on the phone about the position he told me that he would set me up to interview with his client. One week later Travis informed me that the client now wanted to fill the position in Houston. I was a bit perplexed at the time as to how this was not communicated earlier on.
About a month had gone by and I was contacted by two individuals about another opportunity in the Atlanta area. We discussed the position in person. I asked if I had to interview with the client and was told no that the person currently managing the location was not doing a good job and
was needed to be replaced. I was told that the client called to complain about the current manager this was shared with me he was going to place her on a PIP before the call. Long story short I received a verbal offer and accepted. I completed the background check and drug test and received an offer letter Monday night, I planned on e-mailing it over Tuesday morning. I had given my current employer my notice. I received a call at 9:45 yesterday morning saying the client wanted to give the manager more time to improve their performance. Why was the client not told that someone else had been hired? What in the world is going on with the leadership at Resource Alliance?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Resource Alliance (Alpharetta, GA) in Sept 2018
Interview
Very relaxed but still professional and informative. The questions were relevant to position and making sure that I would fit in with the company culture. I was given a good run down on the position and expectations. The discussion around possible compensation was frank and fair. Overall the interview was a very positive experience.
