Straightforward and multi-part. I interviewed with three people before receiving the offer. They asked questions about my competencies, past work, how I operate when systems aren’t clear, etc. My one critique is that the times of the interview was changed a few times without notification.

Very clear guidelines were provided with regard to next steps, salary, and timeline. There were no surprises in the types of questions, and no work submissions were required at any stage of the process.

Thorough interview process that took about 2-3 wks; they were upfront about ranges and benefits on the first call. Met with my potential manager > peers > leadership and heard back quickly.
