Renaissance Club Sport interview questions

I got my first interview with Cesar Martinez, manager of the fitness department. The interview was just regular questions about work history and experience. After that I had an interview with Ed Tomlin and Lori Smith (No longer with the club). Their Interview was a little bit more challenging, the questions where more along the lines of what I was bringing to the table and why I wanted to work there. After the 2 interviews I was asked to take a personality test, after that I was hired and when to Orientation within a week.
