Interview
Strange interview process when you are interviewed by different people who do not know anything about job related questions. Technical part was mostly based on tricky questions for probably getting know if candidate is good in logic. For testing my coding skills I was not proposed any paper and pen and should as result describe my "code" verbally. Overall impression - very strange way to get person interested in your company.
In the end, I was not informed about interview result (accepted/rejected) even after 2 years.

What would you change in Java Object class to make it really useful?
Was interviewed by one person, and another sat in. Experience in field was important to them, but the focus on how they saw a person's persona fitting their needs left open potentials with no experience. That led to a lot of scenario questions regarding persuasion and handling problem debtors.
