I applied on linkedin, then a recruiter reached out to schedule a phone call. I had a very nice 20 minute call and then was invited to come down and interview in person. I met with someone for half an hour

Interview
Three-part process, you meet with the HR person who will screen you based on how you speak and previous experience in the industry. Then you move on to your direct report, which will probably run an hour going over your background and technical skills. Lastly, you will meet with the head of the department and they will go over the building.

Very friendly, and touched all of the points in regard to what the company requirements are, answered my questions ..over all super nice and very easy to speak with. Felt they were interested in me, professionally and the right amount of personal.
