Received an email to set-up a phone interview.. the phone interview was fairly basic, given by an HR assistant. I didnt think it went that well but I still made it through to the on-site interviews. The on-site interviews were laid back, it was more of a conversation with each interviewer including a partner at the firm

Interview
Networked through a career fair on campus and had a campus interview a few weeks later. Then went to an office interview which consisted of three one-on-one interviews followed by lunch.
