It starts with a phone interview with the hiring manager. A video interview is set up with the manager after. Someone is on the interview for the second interview. The entire process was about three interviews.

Contacted by a recruiter, then HR. Interviewed with hiring manager (phone only), then went on to a 4 hour panel (virtual) interview. Very impressed with the company's commitment to their decision timelines.
