The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Regeneron
Interview
The interview cannot be worse. It is just a pre-screening, 1st round. The recruiter did not know what position I was applying initially. (Seriously? I was applying through company website). Then the recruiter was bargaining with me regarding +/- 10% salary for about 10min. If the company is so sensitive about 10% of base salary with senior role (not focusing on talent at all), please hire someone cheap. You can get a deal with fresh high school graduates, instead of phd + long-term established industrial experience
The interview process was long. There were individual interviews then panel interviews. The number of people I interviewed with seemed excessive. The interview panel consisted of representatives from cross functional teams. Standard interview questions.
The interview included a variety of standard behavioral questions, as well as inquiries about my past experiences and educational background, providing a comprehensive assessment of my qualifications and skills. It was average.

Behavioral questions mainly about teamwork and managing people
I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Regeneron (Munich, Bavaria)
Interview
4 months. Final interviews rescheduled twice - first time only 2 hours prior to the time (live presentation interview), and the second time the evening before rescheduled again, then the day of with the presentation onsite (moved out another 2 weeks), office was empty, and the interviewer was disengaged... already evident other candidate was selected. Preparation and presentation work to be dragged along and lack of communication from the talent team. Very disorganized, and unfriendly communication from the team when contacted on status, unfortunately. Left a very sour taste as a candidate who thought extremely positive of this company. Recruiter was out of office a large amount of time, and left with incorrect specialist(s) per email covering the position.
