I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Regeneron (New York, NY) in Oct 2017
Interview
Spoke to a recruiter at a Career Fair, was given a phone call to apply online about two weeks later. Applied and was interviewed a week later. Interview was nice, spoke about the project they wanted me to work and walked the project lead scientist through my relevant experience. Overall, very casual and very polite. Wasn't asked standard behavioral questions but instead was asked about research experience and work related to the position I was interviewing for
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What is your relevant experience to this position?
The interviewer was very nice and respectful. It was evident that she is passionate about her work and eager to share her expertise. It is a shame I wasn't offered a chance to join the company, but my positive experience encourages me to try again in the future.
Hirevue and then meeting with several teams they think you're a fit for, non technical but might ask technical questions depending on role. Pretty casual but your experience at the company is very team dependent
Overall there were two interviews. One HireVue technical that also asked you to complete some details (like start time, salary, etc.) and one interview with your manager, Pretty standard interview
