It has been a smooth interview process. They ask alot about how you learn new tech, can you adapt, being available. They are in constant communication and the onboarding process came quickly.

what i thought was most important when showing a home
The interview was a phone interview then followed by a video one. The video one was self recorded and only a few questions. They will hire anyone for an AA.
Interview was virtually sent in. They send you questions and you record video of your response (pre-rocorded). You can redo your response as many times as you need. Took me around 30min to prepare my answer.
