First the phone interview and then in person. Redfin is all bout being tech savvy and customer service. Good customer service and follow through is highly important in this position.

what i thought was most important when showing a home
The interview was a phone interview then followed by a video one. The video one was self recorded and only a few questions. They will hire anyone for an AA.
Interview was virtually sent in. They send you questions and you record video of your response (pre-rocorded). You can redo your response as many times as you need. Took me around 30min to prepare my answer.
