The process was fair. RV cares a lot about cultural fit and ensuring that fit seems mutual. I had a number of phone screens leading up to the in person (I think 3 in total) and then a full day of interviewing at the RV campus that consisted of 3 or 4 case interviews and 2 situational interviews. The interviewers were respectful and professional. The interviews were challenging but fair. Having a deep background in call center operations and the digital sales / marketing funnel is critical in thinking through the cases.
