Red Line Marketing interview questions

Long waiting period. The scheduled 3 people at same time.For an interview there is only one person. You will not get information about salary and work processes on the first interview, because as i was told they have 3 levels of interview process. Everything looks suspicious,they don't have real HR department, I saw as a receptionist was processing resumes )))

All positions you apply for with this company are exactly the same it dose not matter what the title is. ALL POSITIONS ARE COMMISSION ONLY. Here is an overview 1st interview 5 to 10 mins pre-screening they will ask you if you drive what your goals are ect. 2nd interview they will take you to one of there events or show you there product in there office and explain how you will be managing these events but in reality you will be peddling the merchandise at a gas station. 3rd interview they will tell you this is a full commotion position where if you don't sell you don't get paid. If you decide to go to the interview ask about they pay structure in the first interview and save yourself some time
