Had a recruiter phone call screening and then three video interviews, two with upper management, and one with the team. Quick and friendly interview, more conversational with traditional interview questions mixed in. Ended each call feeling great and excited about the opportunity to work with those I spoke with.

General interview questions you would expect..."Tell me about a time..."
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Red Canary in Jun 2025
Interview
The application itself was the most fun part of the interview process. The open-ended scenario questions give you a chance to go as deep as you'd like.
After the application, there was 4 rounds of interviews, each with 2 interviewers. The questions were mostly technical, with later rounds including more behavioral.

Question 1
Explain what dll search order hijacking is, how it works, and how it can be avoided.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Red Canary in Feb 2025
Interview
The interview process was a good experience for me. I originally applied for an open commercial role but the recruiter thought with my experience would be a better fit for the Mid-Tier Enterprise role that was about to open as a new head-count and wasn't even posted yet then moved me as a candidate over to that sales manager. I met with my sales manager and then was asked to come back again and do a mock sales discovery call and eventually a panel interview with several key sales stakeholders culminating with a final interview with the V.P. Sales. I thought the process was smooth, well coordinated along with very good communications to me, providing clarity along the way. The process took approximately 4 weeks from hello to offer.
