Interview
Great interview process! Had 3 interviews. One with recruiter, one with territory manager, last one with regional manager. The hiring process took about 2-3 weeks in total. I had a pleasant experience with every one of them and was informed of next steps.
Firstly, was a CV Submission through their website
Secondly, I was sent a link to do a video interview
Thirdly, I was sent a brief and asked to do a presentation
Next was a rejection
Was an easy process. They had me fill out online application. Once I filled out the information with basic resume, cover letter and references, they did not reach back for a few days. They then sent me a link to do the Wing Finder test. In the test it showed many pictures and you had to assess what most represented yourself.
Long interview process but overall positive. Phone interview first then many in person to follow phone interview was challenging but interviewer was very nice. They asked a variety of questions that were different on each call.
