I applied online. I interviewed at Red Bull in Feb 2024
Interview
The interview process was Easy, and self-paced, with one retry per question, and a practice round available. I initially applied online and received an email within 2 days of applying and the email stated that there would be an optional assessment sent to my email but I never received the assessment, only a self-interview invite.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Red Bull (Santa Monica, CA) in Feb 2024
Interview
The initial step is a test that measures cognitive ability and personality. If your application and test results are promising, you will be sent a Hirevue interview, which is a video interview platform. You will be asked to give responses to typical interview questions which will be filtered by an AI system before you can talk to a recruiter. I never got a call back after the video interview, so I can be a little biased but I do have some suggestions. Be careful about disconnecting anything out of your USB ports during the whole video interview process, especially before you submit your attempt. You get two attempts per interview question and following my second and final recording, my microphone disconnected which caused my attempt to be deleted. I don't necessarily blame the software for my eventual rejection, but it was a frustrating experience. I think that the program will be amazing but the interview process leaves a lot to ask for, especially when there is little to no initial human contact. I understand that there are a lot of candidates and the software helps filter out weaker applicants. However, I would argue that most people do not perform as well as they can during a one-sided interview.
