Interview
I interviewed for multiple roles with the company over the past year and a half. Every single one was exactly the same, with a recorded interview and automated emails. I never spoke to another human being over the phone or on a video call. It felt very impersonal, and even when I tried to reach out to individuals over LinkedIn and email I never got a response. I always thought Red Bull “culture” was extremely positive and was really hoping to work there one day, but after multiple interviews and attempts at outreach I’m not sure it’s such a great company to be a part of anymore.

Interview
Got an invitation to fill out the wingfinder personality test, then an initial interview. lasted 8 minutes. They said they would follow up in a week. They did not follow up.
Applied for the job online, was then contacted by hr and asked to complete a personality test (weird test) before any interviews. I did so and was then ghosted for months.
