I went through interview process quickly but I had problem with laptop. The test task wasn't given to me by one of the fisrt interviewers to the Fraud Department, but was given by another one on a different role. Interview level technically was easy, but the process itself was very difficult.

(1) Applied online for position. Heard back from HR recruiter 3 days later to schedule the screening interview. (2) Interviewed 30min with HR recruiter, feedback that I would move ahead to hiring manager received less than 24 hours later. (3) Interviewed 1hr with hiring manger. Opportunity to hear more about the role, the vision for the team, my professional interests, etc. Feedback that I'd move on forwarded SAME DAY. (4) Given written assignment - sample intel report on disinformation campaign with 7 day deadline. (5) Submitted 2 days later, hiring manager reviewed WITHIN 30 MIN and told I'd move ahead to team member interviews. (6) Interview with two team members to get a feel for cultural fit, daily work, professional interests, etc. (7) Final interview with head of the department. (8) Request for 2-3 references. (9) Offer! The process is lengthy but so transparent and straightforward that I was never anxious. The most seamless, enjoyable interview process I've been through.
