Pros

There are pockets of people who work really hard to make the company and products better.

Cons

Difficult to know where to start. The main issue at present is the quality of the executive leaders starting with the new CEO. He is an empty suit full of Harvard and Amazon cliches roleplaying as a sales and marketing guru. The CRO is extremely unlikable and spends almost no time with employees or customers. The systemic issue is the favoritism that exists all over the organization with company loyalists getting put into positions well above their capabilities. This is the case in sales and engineering with long time employees in cushy roles they are unqualified for. More talented leaders from outside the company were pushed out because they were not as agreeable as the loyalists. The company would rather hire and retain mediocre but loyal employees than those who bring new ideas or challenge long held beliefs.
