I really enjoyed the interview process. The process is 3 rounds and took about a week and a half. All three rounds are more conversational than question and answer which I really enjoyed. I learned a lot about the company, the position, and RealPage's growth. The advice I would give other people applying for a recruiting position at RealPage would be to be yourself, be curious and ask questions, and do interview prep that always helps!
