Interview
There were 2 steps: a 1:1 interview, a coding task for which I was given a week to complete and a culture fit interview. The coding task was extremely interesting! It was not easy but actually fun to spend time on it. It was like a small research project.
The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Rasa Technologies (Berlin)
Interview
After initial emails outlining the whole procedure, I had a conversation with one of the ML Researchers. Then I got a homework assignment to be completed within a week - which I think was really well designed. After that I had two more interviews, put people in touch with a referee, and finally had a chat about salary and other contract details. All interviews via Zoom or phone.
