I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Rasa Technologies (Berlin) in Jan 2026
Interview
I was approached by a technical sourcer from Rasa who said my profile looked like a great fit for the role. I agreed to a screening call, the person I spoke to couldn’t answer some basic questions about the process (I asked what kind of technical task I could expect and she didn’t know, she also couldn’t answer what the difference between Senior & Staff levels would be).
I got a standardised emailed the next day saying I should look for other roles that match my skills & experience. Which is funny because all of those things were on my LinkedIn when they approached me.
All in all a waste of time, the technical sourcer appeared to not understand the role they were trying to fill or what its requirements actually were.

Question 1
How do you handle the fast moving and ever changing needs of the AI space?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Rasa Technologies (Berlin) in Apr 2019
Interview
As the second round, I had to complete and present a task (approx. 10-12h work). The person evaluating this wouldn't answer my questions that were not strictly regarding the task, didn't give any feedback or a few minutes to talk about the company.
