The interview process was thorough and well-structured. It started with a phone screen with the recruiter, followed by a panel interview with the supervisor, team lead, and a NOC engineer. The final round was with the NOC Manager and a Systems Engineer. Everyone was professional and engaged throughout, and the process felt organized from start to finish.
Where it fell apart was the follow-up. After going through three rounds, I received a generic rejection email with zero personalization — no feedback, no acknowledgment of anything discussed during the interviews. I took the initiative to reach out to the recruiter personally, thanked her for the opportunity, and asked if they could provide any feedback to help me grow. Never heard back.
That part was disappointing. Candidates invest real time and energy into a three-round process, and the least a company can do is respond when someone reaches out professionally. Ghosting after that level of commitment — especially when the candidate is being respectful and proactive — reflects poorly on the recruiting team.
The interview experience itself was solid, but the post-interview communication needs improvement.
