It's pretty simple. They are looking more for skills. Ofc experience matters but knowledge matters more. They will try to get to know you and try to figure out if you are a good fit for the team or not

Three interviews. 1st one over the phone to screen my experience and get a feel for my personality. 2nd one in person where we spoke about my experience in more detail and a third as a panel with pretty much the same questions as the second interview.

The interview went well, the questions were straight forward and to the point. The more you can speak about sales experience and dealing directly with customers and/or clients the better.
