Interview
Usually 2 rounds. One with a member of staff in Dublin, the other through Skype with the management in France.
The interview is in the building where you are expected to work. A supervisor will carry it. The second round of the interview will be with one of the manager in France, but there is a great chance they go with the supervisor's advice. So there is only one person to convince.
