There were some pre employment assessments on line, background check and fingerprints, it took about 3 weeks. Then met with branch manager and assistant. Offer was extended after that. It was not informative regarding goals and expectations at all.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at RBS Citizens (Malden, MA)
Interview
I was forced to wait over an hour in the lobby. During that time, I witnessed the employees of the bank yell and swear and berate a customer and the branch manager did nothing. I was barely asked any questions at all. Most of the questions that I was asked were questions that are illegal to ask during the interview process.
