Presented portfolio to manager during first interview with around 2 projects. Had a follow-up jam session with 2 teammates where I had to lead a process where we looked at an existing RBC feature and worked together to come up with a solution.

How do you consider different accessibility needs when designing?
Got an interview with the team and asked about some basic questions like self-intro, why ux, walk through a project, interviewer said the hr will contact me next but haven't heard back yet...

Interview
It was a 30 minutes with manager and 2 designers. They were friendly. Talked about my design history, the role, left time for me to ask questions. Good experience overall.
