I passed the first interview which asked a lot of my current job experience. But I did not pass the second one, the interviewer focus on the experience that I do not have, like fund accounting experience.
The interview process was a little okay, basic behavioural questions a few technical, and entry level role type interview. Wished I got actionable feedback at the end when I asked for it but then again no one really gives one
One round, with tax manager, no technical question. the questions are very normal typical for entry level position. very casual process. took about half an hour. there is only one candidate
The HR mixed my application for account dept with tax dept and the interview went well except at the tax part as I have not prepared well to answer the job specific questions
