I applied online and they wanted me to do an assessment but they never got back to me with the proper link. I followed up with them but they didn't respond.
Initial telephone interview then invited to assessment centre. The assesment centre included two interviews with VPs. Neither interview was very technical. There was no group exercise. All interviewers were very friendly.
After applying online and completing the online tests, a week after i was invited to a telephone interview with an analyst in the global markets division. The interview lasted around 30 minutes.
