Interview
Quite simple. Quick call with HR and an initial screening call with the Director.
After the calls you are called in twice, initially to meet with the Director and if selected you get to meet the Controller of the legal entity.

Question 1
Quite relaxed interview process. Main concern is to understand that you want to work in the financial services industry and are eager to learn more about the industry. If you are coming from the big4, they already know that you have the right skill set.
