Interview
It was 4 rounds interview process, First, you apply online, if selected, you get an email for an online assessment, then an HR phone interview in which they discuss your previous experience, and explain the job to you, and finally the group discussion (online)

Question 1
In GD, firstly they ask about yourself, then they ask some sales related questions as they ask you to sell them something, or how do you resolve customer queries when they call you at the call center

Interview
Panel interview( About 5 interviewers). Work place environment simulation questions. Candidates are asked to introduce themselves. Candidates are screened individually in work like environment situations, sales ability are also tested.
I applied online through their careers website and within a week, I got an email to do an online assessment. The assessment itself was very long, about an hour and 30 minutes. After that, I got another email to do a web interview, that lasted about 20 minutes. From there, you’re selected to do a group interview and will get a call within 7 business days to know if you got the job or not.
